Simisola Aromolaran, Ed.D., is an ordained pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, educator, and faith-driven leader with a passion for nurturing families in parenting, spiritual growth, and destiny fulfillment. She is the visionary founder of the Parents of Teens Praying (P.O.T.P.) platform, an online intercessory community dedicated to covering children and teenagers in prayer.

With over two decades of leadership and mentoring experience, she equips mothers, mentors, and believers to embrace their God-given calling with bold faith. She is also the author of TRUST: 50 Years of Growing and Knowing and The Seer Mother: A Story of Bold Faith, Risk, and Redemption.

As founder of Simibridge LLC and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Simisola empowers individuals and organizations through leadership development, behavioral assessments, coaching, training, and speaking. She holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University, an M.Ed. in Guidance Counseling from Bowie State University, and a B.Sc. in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

Her mission is to bridge faith and leadership in ways that transform lives, helping people thrive spiritually, personally, and professionally. She brings clarity, encouragement, and practical strategies that unlock hidden potential.
